General provisions

The foundation named “Foundation Al-Fajr”,
hereinafter referred to as “Foundation”, is
established by its founders - Kamila
Dudkiewicz and Beata Sherief. The
Foundation operates on the basis of the
provisions of the Act of April 6 th , 1984 on
foundations and the provisions of these by-
laws, hereinafter referred to as “By-laws”.

The Foundation's area of operation, headquarters, organizational units of the Foundation

1. The Foundation operates in the territory
of the Republic of Poland.
2. For the proper implementation of its
objectives, the Foundation may operate
outside the territory of the Republic of
Poland.

Foundation’s bodies

§ 19
The bodies of the Foundation are:
a. Founders,
b. Management Board.
§ 21

The competence of the Management Board is
to conduct all the affairs of the Foundation and to make decisions on all matters relating to the Foundation and its activities, unless the By-laws provides otherwise.

Foundation's objectives

1. Charitable social care, active service and
support - regardless of language,
background, race or belief - towards a
better understanding of the religion of
Islam. [...]
3. Activities in the field of science,
education and upbringing in accordance
with the principles of Islam. [...]
5. Charitable assistance to Muslim and non￾
Muslim communities, Poles and other
nationalities through counseling, financial
assistance and social services.
6. Representing the interests of Muslims, [...] living in the Republic of Poland and abroad, in order to freely profess their faith and religion.

Foundation's assets and income

§ 14

1. The assets of the Foundation are the
Founding Fund in the amount of PLN 2.
000,00 (in words: two thousand zlotys
00/100) and financial resources,
ownership of real estates and movables,
as well as other property rights obtained
by the Foundation in the course of its
activity. Financial resources in the
amount of PLN 1,000.00 (in words: one
thousand zlotys 00/100) are set aside
from the Founding Fund to carry out
business activities.
2. The Foundation's assets are intended for
the pursuance of the Foundation's
statutory objectives, covering the costs of
its operation and ongoing maintenance.
 

Final Provisions

§ 31

The Foundation is to be liquidated in the case
of achieving the goals for which it was
established, as well as in other cases provided
for by applicable law.
